Title: Mac Mondays
Post by: tampamac2002 on July 13, 2010, 23:24:31
I went over to Wyldwings house Monday.
We played Ticket to Ride, which Cammie won, surprising her Mom the most I think.
We also played Dominion, using Wendy's selection of least hated favorite cards. You would think she would have won, however, the man of the house pulled out the Duchy.

A fun time was had by all, at least everyone was smiling. I look forward to next Monday to try my luck again. Perhaps after a few times I can manage to squeak a win out at this gaming families dining room table.

Thanks for having me over, Wyldwing.

It was our pleasure.  We had a great time.  I'm hoping we can all learn Kingburg together on Monday.  I have gone through the rules and laid out the board once and went through a sample year and it looks fairly straightforward.  The question remains...will wifey like it.

I know it's been a while, so here goes, anyone interested in for an hour or two of gaming on Monday evenings?

I'm interested, but I haven't been getting home early enough to play anything before you'd have to leave.  :(

Ready to resume MacMondays.
I have to be at work by 8pm and can start as early as 3pm.
If anyone else is interested, let me know.

I'd love to do that at some point, however, I'm unable to join you that early.

I have to withdraw my offer for this week, 10/4. I just found out I have to go in to work at 6pm.
I should be okay for the weeks after that though.

And it doesn't have to be that early, just mentioning it as FYI.

How much notice do you need? E.G. If I had time after getting home on a Monday evening, would that be too late to call?

Actually, my schedule just changed until football ends. I have to be at work at 6:30pm now.
We can revisit this after January.  :-\

Ok. What about a Saturday night or Sunday sometime?

Sunday nights are available half the month.
Saturdays, not so often.

If you could give me a day or two notice, that would be great. Keep in mind I don't usually check this website except when I'm at work. So a phone call would work best, in the evenings of any day.

I've been to Dragon's house a couple of Mondays now.
I think Mac Mondays is back in effect.
We've been playing Trains, I have the expansion for it also.
Isaac, Dragon and myself have played a few times now.
We'll probably play it again this Monday, starting around 7pm at Dragon's house.
I'll bring Trains and hopefully Beth will join us.

I intend to bring my newest game, Clank in Space!!, at some point in the future.
Both my games are intended for up to 4 players, if some extra players show up, I'm sure Dragon can find a suitable game to play.
